Rig introduction:
The ZJ50D drilling rig adopts advanced SCR transmission technology. Three 1310kW diesel generator sets are used as the main power. The 50Hz, 600V alternating current generated by the SCR cabinet is rectified into 0-750V direct current, which drives the string that powers the drawworks, turntables and mud pumps. Excitation DC motor; the winch is driven by 2 motors; the turntable is independently driven by 1 motor; the 2 mud pumps are each driven by 2 motors. The main brake of the drawworks is a hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake is a DSW50 water-cooled electromagnetic brake. It adopts front-opening derrick, rotary-lift or double-lift base. Use winch power to lift into place.

Features of the drilling rig:
►The speed regulation characteristic is relatively good. Torque and rotation speed can be adjusted in a stepless change within a relatively large range, especially the rotation speed of the turntable and the displacement of the mud pump can be maximized, which improves the manufacturability and work effect. This is one of the most important requirements of drilling rigs.
►Smooth transmission and low impact load at variable speeds are conducive to tripping and drilling operations. At the same time, it also improves the working conditions of equipment and reduces equipment wear.
►The DC motor has a large torque and a large overload capacity, which further meets the requirements of modern drilling technology.
►Compared with mechanical transmission, electric drive system reduces maintenance workload and prolongs equipment overhaul life.
