Advantages & Features

Intelligent control system

We intelligent control system adopts PLC as the core and integrates drilling instruments and electrical control units to collect real-time signals for intelligent control of the rig and space saving in the driller room.

Drawworks

The drawworks adopts single gear transmission with two-gear variable speed and disc and dynamic brakes. Automatic bit running can be achieved through both the main motor and the emergency motor. It is capable of real-time monitor of the drilling operation as well as trip in and out.

Modularization designs

We have made great optimization and innovation to this rig design for the most humanized and modularized considerations. For example, thanks to this modularized design and quick connect of the hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems between different modules; time for rig transportation and installation has been greatly reduced.
